Our service centre in Brownhills is now fully open. We will be working to all UK Government and NHS England health and safety guidelines and we are pleased to be of assistance to all customers (existing and new), key NHS staff, health workers, support workers and others where service, MOT and repair work is deemed to be important for scheduled maintenance and mobility purposes. Our help and support to customers and staff throughout this time will take place by ensuring social distancing measures and safety procedures are rigorously in place in our receptions and workshops to protect Golds Garage Ford staff and any of our customers.
Our dedicated staff are working extremely hard in testing circumstances and we will endeavour to be of service to as many customers as possible.
Of utmost importance to us is to ensure that our staff and customers alike are taken care of and assisted in a safe way if they have genuine needs right now. As we progress and emerge from lockdown and begin to think about operating to a ‘new normal’ again we will continue to communicate our plans and actions via our website, email and through social media channels.
